The canonical protocol draft is not yet ready for external implementation.

Why publication is pending

The trust model exists, but the public specification still requires canonical schemas, exact signing bytes, complete transparency algorithms and shared test vectors. Publishing before those artifacts agree would create avoidable interoperability risk.

What can be evaluated now

The protocol overview explains the actors, trust boundaries, five-step flow, privacy model, current-state semantics and explicit non-goals. The status page records concrete completed and open work.
